This policy explains what data the game Hive Defense (“the Game”) processes and why. It covers the iOS, Android and web versions. It also describes your rights under the EU and UK GDPR, Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA.

No account, no servers of our own

The Game does not ask you to sign up and does not ask for your name, email or phone number. Your progress and settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to us. Deleting the Game deletes them.

Data processed by third-party services

We do not run servers that receive your data. The services below are built into the Game and collect data directly:

  • Google AdMob (rewarded video ads that play only when you tap) may collect your advertising ID (only if you allow it), IP address and approximate location (country or city), device model, operating system and language, and ad interactions. Purpose: to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud.

We do not sell personal data. These services may process data in other countries, including the United States.

Consent and your choices

In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, Google’s consent form opens on first launch. If you refuse personalized ads, you see non-personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time in the Game settings under “Ad privacy choices”.

On iOS, the Game asks for permission to track through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, your advertising ID is not shared.

On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID under Settings, Privacy, Ads.

Children

The Game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you think this happened, contact us and we will help remove it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to its processing. Data on your device can be deleted by deleting the Game. For data held by the services above, contact them through the links below, or write to us and we will help. We reply within 30 days.
