This policy explains what data the game Memory Garden (“the Game”) processes and why. It covers the iOS, Android and web versions. It also describes your rights under the EU and UK GDPR, Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and US state privacy laws such as the CCPA.
No account, no servers of our own
The Game does not ask you to sign up and does not ask for your name, email or phone number. Your progress and settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to us. Deleting the Game deletes them.
The Game does not collect, send or share any personal data. It contains no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no purchases.
Microphone
In the parent area, an adult can record their own voice to read the words aloud. The Game asks for microphone permission only when you start a recording. Recordings stay on the device and are never uploaded. You can delete them in the parent area at any time.
Children
The Game is made for children aged 5 to 10. It has no ads, no purchases, no accounts and no way to talk to other people. We do not collect personal data from children or anyone else, so there is nothing to request, correct or delete on our side.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to its processing. Data on your device can be deleted by deleting the Game. For data held by the services above, contact them through the links below, or write to us and we will help. We reply within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
